Our Senior Semi-Private Training sessions are designed specifically for adults 65 and older who want to stay active, independent, and capable of doing the things they love—without fear of injury.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!

Each session is limited to just 4 participants, allowing our certified trainers to give every client the attention and support they deserve. We work with and around any limitations, focusing on functional strength, balance, and mobility—the key components to maintaining confidence and quality of life as we age.
