Hey There!

I'm Nina, a certified trainer, coach, mom and long-time fitness enthusiast. I've literally done all of the programs and fitness classes you can think of. From group fitness classes to bodybuilding to CrossFit. I came up with my signature HIIT & Lift format after being frustrated with trying to find the perfect mix of strength & cardio. I felt like I was lifting and spinning and running and trying to do all of the things only to always feel & look the same. And as a Mom, I felt pressed for time...and the 30-minute strength circuits I was doing just wasn't cutting it for me. So after some research along with some trial and error, I came up with the perfect combo!
