Movement is an essential part of managing or "rebooting" your metabolism. But most people struggle to find the time to fit walks into their already hectic schedule. 

That's why I'm keeping this 30-day challenge, super simple!

We'll be doing small (totally attainable) weekly challenges throughout the month that will help increase your overall movement and activity each day! NO LONG WALKS NECESSARY! As a matter of fact, did you know that recent study from the University of Exeter found that a 15-minute walk can curb cravings for chocolate?!

Hey There!

I'm Nina, a certified trainer, coach, mom and long-time fitness enthusiast. I've literally done all of the programs and fitness classes you can think of. From group fitness classes to bodybuilding to CrossFit. I came up with my signature HIIT & Lift format after being frustrated with trying to find the perfect mix of strength & cardio. I felt like I was lifting and spinning and running and trying to do all of the things only to always feel & look the same. And as a Mom, I felt pressed for time...and the 30-minute strength circuits I was doing just wasn't cutting it for me. So after some research along with some trial and error, I came up with the perfect combo!
